Who We Are
GlazePro, established in 2007 and owned by Chris and Aimee Gunn is a full service surface restoration company. We are an independently, family owned and operated establishment with no affiliations to any franchise.
Chris began working in the surface repair and refinishing industry beginning in the year 2000. While mostly repairing surfaces in new construction such as fiberglass and acrylic bathtubs and refinishing cast iron bathtubs, we decided to leave the new construction phase and concentrate solely on the remodeling phase of home improvement.
We strive on building and continuing a solid relationship with our customers. With our company there will always be an owner or senior technician present on your jobsite at all times. We use absolutely no outside contractors. Any technician employed by GlazePro is screened and goes through a rigorous training process before ever setting a foot in your home or jobsite.
Unlike most other surface restoration companies, we do not use repackaged coatings, primers and cleaners. The products we use are factory direct and are developed and Beta tested by refinishers for refinishers.
The difference between us vs. our competitors is not only our products, but also our up to date methods of surface preparation, product knowledge and support for the refinishing and repair industry. There's no miracle to any method, just plain old-fashioned hard work and taking the necessary time to do the job right. Why Choose Us?
Family owned and operated, old fashioned service oriented, fair and competitive rates, top quality products and craftsmanship, no use of subcontractors and 10 years experience in surface restoration and repair.

The truth about bathtub refinishing
You may have been told by a family member or friend or co worker “don’t do it, we had our tub done and the finish hasn’t held up”. The truth is most of the time they are right and the reputation of this industry gets damaged as a whole! At least 30 percent of the service requests we receive are bathtubs and tile that been refinished before and are failing within 2 to 5 years of having them done and when the time comes to file a warranty claim they have either gone out of business, won’t return to fix the problem or blame the issue on the customer. Most any refinishing company you call on will make the claim that they use the best products on the market. There are countless bathtub refinishing suppliers on the internet and some do have very reliable products and support. The issue is not the products in most cases. The issue is simply a lack of experience and/ or poor surface preparation. Refinished bathtubs and tile should generally last 10 to 15 years, not 2 to 5. There are some questions you might definitely want to ask if you’re looking to hire a company to refinish your bathtub. Can you provide me with some past customer references? What type of experience do you have and how long have you been established? Do you have a website I can visit with some photos of past work, a look at your process and some testimonials? Do you belong to any associations in good standing like the BBB or other refinisher networks? What kind of process and what type of products do you use? Do you offer a written and signed warranty and instructions for maintaining the finish? I would ask these important questions first before you decide whom to hire or you could end up with these issues and will cost more to have it done right.
